California Governor Gavin Newsom has directed the Department of Conservation’s Geologic Energy Management (CalGEM) Division to initiate regulatory action to end the issuance of new permits for hydraulic fracturing (“fracking”) by January 2024. Phillips 66 progressing its conversion of California refinery to renewable fuels

Neste Oil seeking California LCFS approval for gutter oil to renewable diesel pathway
