But after interviewing Ford’s Nancy Gioia at the recent Detroit Auto show, I’m now unsure of both the timescales involved, or how much the power and auto companies are behind it as a fundamental concept. I liken electric grid and renewable to the economic and political and military fiasco of the Iraq war.
