Hadrian South comes on-stream in US Gulf of Mexico ultra-deep waters

Production has begun in the Hadrian South Field in the Keathley Canyon area, located some 230 miles (370 km) off the coast of Louisiana, with water depths around 2,332 meters (7,651 feet, or 1.45 million cubic feet of natural gas per day (50 thousand barrels of oil equivalent per day).

Obama Administration to offer 40 million acres in the Gulf of Mexico for oil and gas development
