How about a lease cost of $265 per month, with $3,940 due at signing? Default: hybrid, not EV. 54k MSRP.

And we all won’t be driving a Prius either – I’ll have my electric pickup truck in a few years too. Currently, battery costs are one of the main barriers, but these barriers are declining as usage and production increase while new technologies and materials continue to push down costs.

A couple of drawbacks to consider might be the capitalization costs of building these stations and the batteries that they would have to have in stock.
