In August, a project led by Electric Transportation Engineering Corporation (eTec), a subsidiary of ECOtality, received a $99.8 million, for installation of approximately 2,500 charging stations in each of five markets: Tennessee, Oregon, San Diego, Seattle and the Phoenix/Tucson region.
