As a result, a wider range of plastics can be recovered.

Les Goldman wants you to convert (your hybrid.) So he proposed at the California Air Resources Board ZEV workshop on Tuesday. Tuesday's workshop was not so different. They've been converting some cars back east, working out the kinks. Hybrid drivers in California could finally actually get their hybrid converted.

What vehicles have you converted so far? Won’t the Defender be much harder to convert with it being more modern? If it’s converted it’ll go first time every time.

We Promote PHEV Conversion Programs: First CalCars in 2004, then a number of aftermarket companies, have converted over 200 cars — at first most were for fleets, but more and more are going to individual owners. Drivers of converted cars have received high levels of cooperation from dealer service departments so far.

As I learned at the day-long April 29th California Energy Commission Staff Workshop on AB 811 and AB 811 type programs in Sacramento, programs done on an individual city basis, like the City of Berkley’s, don’t enjoy the necessary economies of scale that countywide, JPA or statewide programs (now in development) can bring.
