The Environmental Protection Agency rates fuel economy at 30 mpg highway and combined in hybrid mode, with an impressive 84 MPGe (miles per gallon equivalent) that measures the pure electric mode. In 289 miles driving through Southern California Clean Fleet Report achieved a combined 38.8 mpg based on the dashboard computer.

The EPA has rated the GV80’s fuel economy at 21 mpg city/25 highway/23 combined. In 268 miles driving through Southern California, aided by the idle stop/start, we averaged 23.8 It wasn’t easy, but cracking 30 mpg on the open road was a nice surprise in this size of car.
