BMW Manufacturing Co. Hydrogen fuel cell-powered forklifts, tuggers and stackers will be used in BMW’s new assembly hall that produces the new BMW X3 Sports Activity Vehicle. Implementation of this new technology has been done in concert with partners from Linde North America and Plug Power.

One of the major contributors to the half million fill milestone is BMW Manufacturing Co., The four million square foot BMW production facility now powers its entire hydrogen-fuel cell fleet of more than 230 units to service the plant’s production and logistics functions, making it one of the largest fuel cell forklift sites in the world.
