Eaton Introduces Electronic Fuel Vapor Management Valve for Hybrids

Eaton Corporation has introduced an electronic fuel vapor management valve for hybrid-electric vehicles that manages fuel vapor pressure contained within the fuel tank, increasing safety and enabling automakers to meet strict emissions regulations. American Honda Motor Co. Begins Use and Testing of Class 8 Hybrid Truck

American Honda Motor has introduced a Class 8 hybrid diesel electric truck into its truck fleet at its parts center in Alpharetta, Ga—the first such in the auto industry. The hybrid truck uses a parallel diesel-electric hybrid system developed by Eaton Corporation. Testing and evaluation will take place over the next year.
