GM will leapfrog Toyota and Honda by providing an electric car to the masses by the end of next year. But GM says it wont get the money until the Obama administration is satisfied the company is financially viable. Honda has probably sold more Civics in a year than the combined total of all 18 of those GM models. you see that?
