Mercedes-Benz Cars is starting construction of its first “Full-Flex Plant“ in Kecskemét, Hungary, about 90 km in the south of Budapest. With an investment of one billion euros, we are building in Hungary the first ‘Full-Flex Plant’ in the global production network of Mercedes-Benz Cars.

For Audi, these are the driverless transport systems (DTS), which began testing at Ingolstadt in 2015. At its Győr engine plant in Hungary, Audi is developing a possible future production process for the electric drive motor to be used in the 2018 C-BEV. Bosch is doing its part to meet this demand. Electric “tailwind” for bicycles comes from Hungary: since 2015, the Bosch plant in Miskolc has been manufacturing high-performance e-bike batteries that feature an extended range and a long service life. Bosch intends to use this know-how to meet the growing demand.
