Introduced in 2006, Clean Air Taxi legislation mandated that at least 9% of new medallions for yellow taxis be set aside for hybrid or compressed natural gas vehicles, and incentivized the purchase of low-emission taxis by extending the allowed period of models classified as “clean air” by the United States Environmental Protection Agency.

Just about every reviewer laughs at the current Mirage (I think it's a perfectly serviceable little car for the price) and the Outlander is all about easy financing. The Lancer finally got the axe after 2018 , while the Galant disappeared here after 2012. Was it a runner?

The Torrance Hillside Overlay district , covers most of the historic Hollywood Riviera neighborhood where the Creative Greenius lives and I can tell you that it’s a zoning law that is pure politics.
