Canada-based FLO announced the installation of the first wave of workplace electric vehicle (EV) charging stations as part of a multi-year agreement with General Motors (GM), whereby FLO provides AC Level 2 and direct current (DC) fast chargers for GM to be installed on their premises in the United States.

DRIVEtheARC, a corridor of electric vehicle (EV) fast charging stations spanning from Monterey to Lake Tahoe, announced the completion of the chargers’ deployment and its official grand opening on the one year anniversary of the project’s official launch. Nissan partnered with DRIVEtheARC as part of its ‘Infrastructure for All’ strategy.

DRIVETHEARC , a corridor of electric vehicle (EV) fast charging stations spanning from Monterey to Lake Tahoe, broke ground in El Dorado Hills, Calif. The project to collect and analyze data will be completed in September 2020, while installation of the 50 fast chargers along the corridor is expected to be completed by March 2017.

The Polk County, Oregon, Sheriff’s Office is running 10 patrol cars converted to propane autogas, including seven Ford Crown Vics, two Chevy Tahoes and one Ford F-350 pickup truck; the office expects to save more than $20,000 every year by using the alternative fuel.
