This converted Toyota Prius is another type of Plug-in --a PHEV (Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle). The HPC is normally installed as a stationary charging system but it was adapted to be used as a mobile charging system for the roadtrip so that it could plug into a variety of 240 VAC connectors, as well.
