There are already spaces in New York City and Los Angeles, and there are now two in the San Francisco Bay Area, where I’m located. The newest Polestar Space just opened in Silicon Valley, at the Westfield Valley Fair, 2855 Stevens Creek Boulevard, San Jose. There’s a second location in Corte Madera in Marin County.

If you’ve been wondering just how real the new Chevy Volt that gets 230 mpg in city driving is , well just take a look for yourself. This one might actually get MORE than 230 mpg in the city seeing as how it has no doors, windows, seats, any interior, hood, roof, underbody or trunk. At least GM did a Disney display.

GM has announced plans for public sales in 2010, and almost every carmaker now says it will sell PHEVs or highway-speed battery electric vehicles (BEVs) sometime after 2010. Volvo Ford-owned company exploring PHEVs "ReCharge" flex-fuel series 60-mile concept PHEV w/wheel motors. todays answer is "Yes -- but not yet."
