San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E) will test and evaluate a mobile smart charging device for plug-in electric vehicles developed by Juice Technologies LLC. SDG&E is working to further evaluate and fine-tune the charging infrastructure, which is a critical link to making electric vehicles commercially viable.

California Air Resources Board (ARB) staff has posted four new Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) pathways to the LCFS web site. Others are sugarcane molasses ethanol from Guatemala; mixed feedstock to biodiesel from Texas; and a new ARB-staff-developed pathway for North American landfill gas. Daily Commutes Not only have many workers gotten used to working remotely (thus avoiding the fuel costs associated with gas-powered vehicles), but gas prices have also risen by 42.52% over the past year. Charging at work also means that employees can skip the installation (and public charging) and juice up their EV at work.
