On the federal, state and local levels, there are a plethora of tax credits for installing electric-vehicle charging stations. Washington state offers tax credits for up to 50% of the costs of equipment and related costs.

The electricity usage for the 1,42,054 onshore wells that supply oil to India is over 1,415 GWh a month! Australia is not a very densely populated country, they consume 1% of the world’s oil supply and only refine 1/4th of the oil they consume. Enough to drive an EV for 6.8 But they mine 50% of the world’s Lithium!

Electric cars in the garages would double as battery packs for when energy supplies are scarce. Demand for energy, to heat our buildings in the winter and cool them in the summer, is highest at the very time when supply is also the greatest. The only question is a carbon TAX the kind of change Obama believes in. The best part?

Engineering proptypes enjoy a tax break. Companies can not sell engineering prototypes in which the company got R&D tax breaks in developing the product.
