The EPA requirements are that commercial vehicles will have to be 40% electric by 2035. Therefore, a lot of electric and hydrogen vehicles are being brought into that market quickly. When will they need to go higher than 1,000 volts? I’m pretty convinced that’s a 2035 problem. So those vehicles will probably go electric pretty quickly.

Alternatively, may we suggest the sound of the neighborhood ice cream truck? Until then, we can always program the ESS to make what Lotus refers to as "more futuristic sounds for electric vehicles [that] can be created using sampled sounds and generated waveforms." We always seem to hear that one coming from a mile away.
