FLIT This British folding e-bike makes me think that this is what Brompton should have built, instead of making something that looks like an e-bike conversion kit stuffed into a Brompton.
Porsche 914 EV Conversion

The 914 AC kit uses 8V golf cart batteries and I'm wondering if different batteries like Hawkers or Optima Yellow-Top batteries would be better. This week is packed, so I might get to hooking up the back-up light wiring on the EV if there's time on Friday. Both US-Battery and Trojan have 8-volt golf-cart batteries.

As a retrocomputing nerd, when I saw early last year that the Galaksija was being reissued as a complete kit through Crowd Supply , I placed an order on general principles. Figuring it was plain sailing from there, I canceled my Crowd Supply kit order and set off on my own.

One of the best reproductions of the Elf is Lee Hart's US $89 Membership Card kit , which compresses an Elf into two circuit boards that fit into a Altoids tin. Chris Davis makes a terrific replica kit, the Altair-Duino. I've have an early version of this kit running in my office at Spectrum and it never fails to catch a visitor's eye.

Also, there is a blue LED that lights up below the appropriate gear as soon as it is selected. You get good feedback when you change gears - and a bright blue LED lights up under the P/N/R texts on the dash when you select that gear. We had to download the app and put Rs 1000 in the wallet, even though we had to just charge 10 kWh.
