This effort was led by Georg Kuhnke, who lives near Sacramento, California. This converted Toyota Prius is another type of Plug-in --a PHEV (Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle). The EVADC chapter became the lead sponsor of an EVducational Tour, called the "Spirit of DC" PHEV All Around America.
