2012 Honda Insight CO2 emissions drop below 100g/km

Honda has confirmed that the 2012 Honda Insight will have CO2 emissions below 100g/km. Set to be revealed at next week’s Frankfurt Motor Show, the revised 5-door hatchback will have an official CO2 emission figure of 96g/km.

Toyota Prius named WhatGreenCar of the Year

The title of WhatGreenCar Car of the Year 2009 has been awarded to the ‘next generation’ Toyota Prius, due to be launched in the UK on 1 st August 2009. The new Prius was chosen from a short-list of 10 green car finalists which were test-driven at Imperial College, London, by six of the UK’s leading green transport and environmental experts.
