Seems like a perfect use for some stimulus money, don’t it? I love AB32 and the necessary slap in the face it brings my fellow California citizens who may not have been paying attention to the climate situation. 2007 USA electric energy fuel mix. Oh yeah - none of has any money. Not on the pace we’re currently on.

That’s why they have authorized over $7 billion bucks in energy efficiency and clean energy programs for the USA. Imagine that. A reality most people didn’t even realize existed.
