The first vehicle now serves routes in Fresno with the balance of the vehicles to be deployed in Fresno and Stockton as part of a year-long program. The funds are meant to provide an incentive to Californian fleets to adopt the cleanest emerging technologies and continue to advance California's Air Quality and Climate goals.

SB 100 accelerates the existing renewable energy targets to 60 percent RPS by 2030, and requires retail energy sellers to plan, model, and invest over the next 28 years to reach the 100% clean, zero carbon, and renewable energy target. The goal of these meetings is to get input on the state’s Climate Change Action Plan, also known as the Scoping Plan, that is currently being developed to cut greenhouse gases 40% by 2030. The statewide meetings are being organized by the EJAC with the help of the ARB. Development of the Scoping Plan is a central requirement of AB 32.
