BYD has partnered with New Delhi based EV cab service Evera. BYD will deliver 100 e6 station wagon EVs. Evera provides app-based cab services in the nation’s capital and this will be one of the largest orders of electric vehicles in the fleet sector for BYD India.

Aruba’s Arubus has put into service a BYD 12-meter (40-foot) electric bus—the first such in the Caribbean. Four years ago the ministry of Mike Eman had a vision in which Aruba could and would be fossil fuel independent to generate electricity and to have a fully electrified public transportation including the independent taxis.
