The Buick LaCrosse is adding eAssist light electrification for the 2018 model. Compared to previous Buick eAssist executions ( earlier post ), this newest iteration is more sophisticated, powerful and compact. By this time next year, five Buick models will offer this advanced transmission.

With six fully electric BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce models now available in the U.S. The agreement will give EVs from BMW, Mini and Rolls-Royce with the Combined Charging System (CCS) access to select stations in Tesla’s Supercharger network by 2025, and future vehicles built for the U.S.

Buick sales of 93,347 units were up 4.4% The Baojun E100 was launched in Liuzhou, Guangxi, in late July, giving the brand its first fully electric vehicle. Retail sales increased 6.3%
