BMW Group and H2 Green Steel have signed a final contract on the delivery of CO 2 -reduced steel. The agreement addresses BMW Group’s upstream scope 3 emissions and includes recycling and end-of-life management measures. BMW Manufacturing Co. Hydrogen fuel cell-powered forklifts, tuggers and stackers will be used in BMW’s new assembly hall that produces the new BMW X3 Sports Activity Vehicle. The hydrogen used for this project was manufactured at the most sustainable source within Linde’s network, BMW said.

The charging flap is located here at the front left of the vehicle, this opens which opens like so to reveal your Type 2 and your CCS connector. The CCS connector is your public rapid charge port. There’s a further little cubby hole here as well and some storage perhaps for your phone once it’s plugged in charging.

The BMW i3s was likewise a quicker version of a city-focused EV, but it’s no longer produced. And while mainstream European brands like Renault and VW are planning performance versions of their coming small EVs, they’re years away from production.
