Testers found the Accord Hybrid has a very impressive hybrid system that smoothly transitions between battery and engine power. When applying the gas pedal gingerly, the XV Crosstrek Hybrid managed to creep up to 20 mph on electric power, but only if the outside temperature was above 50° F and the heat or air conditioner was turned off.
