A statistical regression revealed that the total monetary benefit to consumers from state incentives significantly positively correlates with BEV sales when all 50 states and the District of Columbia are included. Some EV-popular states, such as California, District of Columbia, and Washington, have an EV market share of 18.32%, 12.7%, and 10.36%, respectively.
