Spectrum : When you talk about climate interventions, are you including carbon removal and sequestration in that category? We do some work on carbon removal, but that's pretty big space with a lot of investment. In almost all previous projections for climate, tipping events like these were far in the future. Which is good.

Next-generation standards would target new reductions in emissions of NO x and non-methane hydrocarbons (HC), which are precursors to ozone and secondary particulate matter.
