Its driving range in the New European Driving Cycle (NEDC) is 300 kilometers (186 miles). Volkswagen says that the e-Golf will cover up to 200 real-world kilometers (124 miles) or more in everyday driving depending on driving style, the use of air conditioning and other parameters.

Now it seems that Shell has seen the light and pulled the plug on all its hydrogen car refuelling stations in Britain after the low-carbon technology failed to catch on with motorists. The sites were opened to much fanfare between 2017 and 2019 and were owned and operated by a subsidiary of ITM Power, the Aim-quoted electrolyser company.
