Report: JGC-led consortium wins exclusive right to negotiate contract for $8B Vietnam refinery project

has won the exclusive right to negotiate a contract to build Vietnam’s largest refinery in the northern province of Thanh Hoa. The estimated $8-billion project will results in a refinery with the capacity to process 200,000 barrels of crude per day to produce products such as gasoline, diesel oil, kerosene, jet fuel and polypropylene.
