Producers in these 28 counties throughout Arkansas, North Carolina and New York who voluntarily sign up and enter into BCAP contracts are eligible for reimbursements of up to 75% of the establishment costs of the perennial energy crop, and up to five years of annual maintenance payments for herbaceous crops and up to 11 years for woody crops.

Convenience: From 2011 to 2016, the number of stations for charging electric vehicles increased by 1,138% in the US. Mn/DOT will start recruiting volunteers for the Minnesota Road Fee Test in May and research will begin in July 2011. These funding sources support construction and maintenance of the highway system. Other state DOTs also are researching alternative financing methods to supplement or replace a gas tax.

Navigant’s analysis indicates that only buyers in California and Oregon will purchase sufficient numbers of vehicles in order to meet the ZEV requirement in 2018 and 2019. The requirement has been extended through 2025; however, the mandated sales levels are not likely to be met, Navigant notes.
