Ltd (Tengzhong) have entered into a definitive agreement that will allow Tengzhong to acquire GM’s HUMMER brand. Under the terms of the definitive agreement, the buyer will acquire the ownership of the HUMMER brand, trademark and tradenames, as well as specific IP license rights necessary for the manufacture of HUMMER vehicles.

This represents a 6% decrease relative to MY 2011, and essentially offsets the 5% increase from MY 2010 to MY 2011. Ten of the eleven major manufacturers increased fuel economy from MY 2011 to MY 2012, the last two years for which EPA has definitive data. (VW VW was the exception.)

Committed to sales of 10,000 or more vehicles in late 2010, with increasing production in 2011. todays answer is "Yes -- but not yet."

The trouble is you then have to stop right away, which brings about some pretty strong regenerative braking action, something that Chrysler needs to work on before making the Circuit available for sale.
