We’ve already got AB 811 in place to give us low interest loans for solar we can pay off as property tax assessments , but very few cities have the money to fund the program. 2007 USA electric energy fuel mix. Seems like a perfect use for some stimulus money, don’t it? Fortunately I am fired up, ready to go!

The Smart Grid Consortium, established in December 2007 by Xcel Energy, will select a community of approximately 100,000 residents to become a Smart Grid City using V2G. Agassi’s Davos Insights Success with V2G would be a double win for electric utilities. Electric vehicles will be available for customers in 2011. SZ (1) 6753.T

For Cisco Devries it was Al Gore scaring the bejeezus out of him with “ An Inconvenient Truth.&# For cities, counties and other agencies who will be administering their own AB 811 type programs down the line moving forward, he offered insights and advice only a small handful of AB 811’s Founding Fathers could deliver.
