just pondering another Plug-in Hybrid EV EVdventure of sorts per the new 2010 Prius PHEV press release. The Prius PHEV has already made its European debut at the Frankfurt Auto Show debut, and Toyota is doing its American debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show. New York, Oregon and Pennsylvania.

The last time a production model of an electric car had traveled from coast to coast was in 1998, when an EV-1 made the journey without consuming an ounce of gasoline. This converted Toyota Prius is another type of Plug-in --a PHEV (Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle). This time it would be with a Tesla Motors Roadster!
