Polestar is reportedly taking over Saab's defunct plant in Sweden to expand upon its European research and development operations. The site was last used by National Electric Vehicle Sweden (NEVS) after Saab folded in 2011. The company will reportedly be renting the facility from the city of Trollhattan.

Tesla has more than 35,000 Superchargers worldwide, offering a recharge of up to 200 miles for around 15 minutes. Tesla Model Y leads Europe’s D-SUV segment in 1H22. Tesla recently announced that it has 10,000 Superchargers serving owners in Europe. The Supercharger Network contributes significantly to Tesla’s goals.

Range is 233 miles, which is good, if not the best in the market. Still a bit of a mystery. There’s a second location in Corte Madera in Marin County. Test Runs on Freeway and Back Roads.
