Operating since 2015 in the South Coast and San Joaquin Valley air districts, CC4A has since expanded to the Bay Area and Sacramento Metropolitan air districts. The newest Clean Cars 4 All program, administered by the Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District, is just getting underway and already has had 22 participants.

The network includes six dealerships in Southern California, five in the Bay Area and one in Sacramento. Honda will further develop its dealer network as more hydrogen fueling stations become available. Honda has deployed fuel cell vehicles in the US, Germany and Japan, including the FCX Clarity, which was named the 2009 World Green Car.

It was the Chevrolet Sprint ER , and I've found a nicely intact example in a car graveyard just east of Sacramento. If you want to be picky, the 198 6 Sprint ER was the gas-mileage king of 1980s America, rated at 44 city and 53 highway miles per gallon.

Results demonstrated that the Ford Transit 350HD equipped with the LightningElectric drivetrain achieved 61 MPGe on EPA City routes and 66 MPGe on EPA Highway routes, compared to 13 and 15 MPG respectively for the identically configured gasoline Ford Transit 350HD. Ford QVM dealers and upfitters perform installations and service.
