Optimal Energy takes delivery of four of its Joule EVs for marketing fleet

South Africa-based Optimal Energy has taken delivery of four of its Joule EVs ( earlier post ) for use as a marketing fleet. The marketing fleet was hand-built in Port Elizabeth by Hi-Tech Automotive, a specialist automotive production firm, and to date have undergone extensive testing within the premises.
