South Africa-based Optimal Energy has taken delivery of four of its Joule EVs ( earlier post ) for use as a marketing fleet. The marketing fleet vehicles accelerate from 0 to 60 km/h in less than 5 seconds, and reach an electronically limited top speed of 140 km/h (87 mph).
