On Friday I'll be re-aligning the front end for better steering and replacing the brake cylinder. I might splurge over the next year and purchase an EVision system from Metric Mind to really get a grip on the battery state of charge, but the installed PakTrakr might do just fine. I'm happy to see all the other 914 EVs out there.

Re-attach the inside rear-view mirror. This was actually a blessing in disguise because it was mounted so high on the glass that I could only see about forty feet behind the car with the targa-top installed. By re-attaching it lower on the glass, I'll be able to look directly backwards and see the road and traffic behind me. -

Note: The AC kit instructions don't say what to install the charger tray with. Here's the mounting board on my kitchen table (er, workbench) with the washers and nuts installed on the back to hold the charger tray on. Here's the other half of the rear battery box installed. Here is the whole setup installed.

Until recently, the four main modular toolkits (modularen Baukästen) of the Group were: the MQB (transverse, driven by the Volkswagen brand); the MLB (longitudinal, driven by the Audi brand); the MSB (standard drive, driven by Porsche); and the NSF (New Small Family).
