Jaguar Land Rover has partnered with Pramac , a global leader in the energy sector, to develop a portable zero-emission energy storage unit powered by second-life Jaguar I-PACE batteries. Pramac directly reuses up to 85% of the vehicle battery supplied by Jaguar Land Rover within the storage unit, including modules and wiring.

The main contributors to the estimated carbon footprint of HPEMM produced in China are the embodied emissions from the electricity grid mix.

Critical has executed a 10-year slag supply agreement with Scandinavian steel giant SSAB to access approximately 2Mt of stockpiled high-grade vanadium-bearing Slag from three operating steel mills. Currently, approximately 75% of global vanadium supply is sourced from China, South Africa, and Russia.
