General Motors secures supply for silicon carbide chips for its next-gen EVs

General Motors (GM) announced an agreement with semiconductor company Wolfspeed Inc., Wolfspeed is based in North Carolina and produces Silicon Carbide (SiC) chips. As part of the Ws AoSP, GM secures its silicon carbide chip supply for future EV production. The Teslarati team would appreciate hearing from you.
