PSA Peugeot Citroën (PSA) and General Motors (GM) announced that as part of their existing alliance agreement ( earlier post ), the next generation small light commercial vehicles (B-LCV) from both companies will be built in the PSA plant in Vigo, Spain. They will be developed on PSA’s latest LCV architecture.

The first several months’ worth of EV9s will be built in South Korea, but US production will start sometime during 2024 in West Point, Georgia. and Canada chosen by their peers.
