With the guidance having come in on the United States’ updated EV tax credit scheme, outlined in the so-called Inflation Reduction Act, we now have a pretty good idea of which electric vehicles still qualify. But it’s kind of a clunky interface so we’re just going to list them here for you. government decides it doesn’t like that year.

Exceeding its initial program targets, the plug-in 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid ( earlier post ) has earned an electric-mode fuel economy rating of 84 miles-per-gallon-equivalent (MPGe) from the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). In addition, the EPA gave the all-new minivan a rating of 10 in its Green Vehicle Guide.

On March 20, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced the final vehicle standards for cars, pickup trucks, and SUVs. EPA standards aren’t new. There are EPA vehicle standards in place right now. EPA has been regulating vehicle pollution for over 50 years. Plus, the EPA standards are working.

The all-electric driving range for the Mach-E Premium AWD with the Extended Range battery is EPA rated at 290 miles. The big news, beginning in January 2024, all Ford EVs will be able to use Tesla Superchargers with an adapter. Federal and state tax credits could reduce your final price, and it should qualify for a HOV sticker.
