A PUMA runs on lithium ion batteries, can reach 35 miles per hour, and can travel up to 35 miles between charges. Guess what, this company, picked up one of the old trdemarks and it will be manufactured under the name "Detroit Electric". The PUMA is just another example of the fact that Detroit, particularly GM, is clueless.

Today we could be using lead-acid EVs, lead-carbon-acid EVs, or nickel metal hydride or lithium-ion hybrids. market b y the end of 2009. Does that bother you? The practice has a direct impact on California’s economy.
