I personally don’t think we should get rid of the RFS. They will be used to generate credits for sale to petroleum fuel suppliers (depending on verification that their carbon intensity is lower than that of gasoline and diesel). RFS has made a positive contribution and now it’s time to upgrade refine it, improve it.
