I think this approach will lead to a faster and better arrival for plug-in vehicles and I am thrilled to have Portland, Indianapolis, and Raleigh in the conversation. Corporate/city/state fleets commit to buy a certain number of plug-ins (RFPs for major purchases or conversions). Plan should give equal consideration to conversions.

My ramblings on the 2022 EV scene I have an electric cycle, which is an eAdicct conversion kit added to a Schnell 26 inch cycle. It was such an ice breaker and conversation starter.
