Electrify America releases $300M Cycle 2 national ZEV investment plan; metro charging, autonomous charging, renewable generation

Renewable Generation: Electrify America will invest in renewable generation for select stations to help to reduce station operating costs and reduce the carbon content for EV refueling.

California Energy Commission awards >$6M for EV charging, H2 fueling and V2G

The transportation investments were funded through the Energy Commission’s Alternative and Renewable Fuel and Vehicle Technology Program (ARFVTP). An additional $5 million was approved to help fund environmental research to improve natural gas efficiency and $4 million to fund energy efficiency projects in schools.
