The charging stations, powered by ChargePoint, will be installed at up to 15 stores along a 1,350-miles corridor from Seattle to Denver. The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT), along with electric charging station partner AeroVironment opened 10 new public charging stations—seven along Interstate 5 and three along US Route 2 in northern Washington—that provide EV drivers the ability to travel from Seattle to the Canadian border.

Under the terms of the agreement, the Level 2, J1772-compliant charging stations will be installed at 12 Best Buy stores in Tucson, Ariz.; and Seattle, Wash.
