ADM and Gevo signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to support the production of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) and other low carbon-footprint hydrocarbon fuels. The technology to convert low carbon ethanol and isobutanol into SAF by Gevo is well developed and ready for world scale-commercialization.

In its Form 10-K (annual report) filed with the SEC on 17 March, cellulosic renewable fuels company KiOR said it has “ substantial doubts about [its] ability to continue as a going concern ”. The production of commercial volumes of our cellulosic gasoline and diesel will require the construction of other commercial-scale facilities.
